I have worked as the Deputy Managing Director of a national Network of Savings and Credits Cooperatives, with excellent skills in Financial Management, Budgeting, Portfolio Management... Also, my past positions helped me improve my competences in Managing and Analysing Credit and Savings operations, and Analysis of Financial States. In order to empower the employees with whom I have worked in the network, I have organized different training and modules (Credit management, Loans Reimbursement management, SACCO accountancy, Gender in Microfinance...).
With my Doctoral degree in Management, Master in Financial Management, and complementary level in Statistics, I have acquired a great experience in (Statistical) Data Analysis. I have taught Market Studies for about 6 years; especially applied to the financial context and the Development context. I work in a Multicultural environment and I have a great experience in working with, as well as Managing people.
As Researcher, I have published several papers on Microfinance issues (See list of publications in my Resume).
I obtained a Certificate of Management and Governance of Microfinance Institutions (Boulder Institute of Microfinance, TURIN-ITALY, at the International Training Center ITC of the International Labor Organization).
Former Local coordinator of PIC-Microfinance: A project with University of Mons, funded by Belgium (ARES) and including 3 Congolese universities.
Currently, I am Local Coordinator of Savings Groups for Africa (SG4Africa), a Consortium of leading universities of more than 20 African countries; with PEEP (Policy Experimentation & Evaluation Plateform; and University of Johannesburg).
